A “no refund” policy applies to electronic documents purchased online, e.g. documents delivered in PDF, Word and other text formats. Please contact VFI at email@example.com if you experience any problems with downloading your file. Hard copy products will be replaced if they arrive in damaged condition.
Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible, after you receive a damaged product. We will ask you to send the product back to VFI, via Express Post, at our cost. When we receive the returned product we will send you a replacement, via Express Post, at our cost.
